Premix Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of Milk ( 6.5 Fat Milk Example : Amul Gold)
  • 1 liter of Water
  • 1 Sachet of Amruttulya Premix



Step 1 : Boil the Milk and Water
  1. Take 2 liters of milk and add 1 liter of water to it.
  2. Place the mixture on the stove and bring it to a gentle boil.
  3. Allow it to simmer for 3 minutes, ensuring it doesn’t overflow.
Step 2 : Infuse with Amruttulya Premix
  1. After 3 minutes, add sachet of Amruttulya Premix to the boiling milk and water.
  2. Stir the mixture well, ensuring the premix evenly distributed.
  3. Continue to boil for another 7 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
Step 3 : Achieve the Perfect Color
  1. Keep an eye on the color of the tea. As it attains the perfect Amruttulya hue, you’ll know it’s ready.
  2. Once you’re satisfied with the color, it’s time to filter the tea. Use a piece of cotton fabric for this.
Step 4: Transfer to Another Pot
  1. Carefully pour the filtered Amruttulya Tea into another pot.
  2. Place it back on the stove and boil for an additional 1 minute.
Step 5 : Store in a Thermos
  1. After the final boil, transfer the Amruttulya Tea into  Milton Thermos.
  2. This will keep the tea warm and preserve its delightful flavors.
Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy
  1. Now, it’s time to delight your clients with the exquisite blend of Amruttulya Tea.
  2. Serve it in beautiful cups, and watch their faces light up with joy as they savor the flavors.

Masala Chai Recipe

Ideal for household use.

Ingredients:

  • 400 ML of Milk ( 6.5 Fat Milk Example : Amul Gold)
  • 150 ML of Water
  • 1 gram of Amruttulya Masala
  • 13 grams of Amruttulya Blend Tea
  • 50 grams of Amruttulya Sugar

Step 1 : Boil the Milk and Water
  1. Take 400 ML of Milk and add 150 ML of water to it.
  2. Place the mixture on the stove and bring it to a gentle boil.
  3. Allow it to simmer for 3 minutes, ensuring it doesn’t overflow.
Step 2 : Infuse with Amruttulya Masala
  1. After 3 minutes, add 1 gram of Amruttulya Masala to the boiling milk and water.
  2. Stir the mixture well, ensuring the spices are evenly distributed.
  3. Continue to boil for another 3 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
Step 3 : Add Amruttulya Mix Tea
  1. Now, incorporate 13 grams of Amruttulya Mix Tea into the aromatic brew.
  2. Let it boil for an additional 3 minutes, allowing the tea leaves to infuse their essence.
Step 4 : Sweeten with Amruttulya Sugar
  1. It’s time to sweeten the Amruttulya Tea. Add 50 grams of Amruttulya Sugar to the pot.
  2. Stir well and allow the sugar to dissolve, simmering for another 3 minutes.
Step 5 : Achieve the Perfect Color
