Security Deposit

The Franchise Partner shall pay a refundable, interest-free Security Deposit of ₹50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to Amruttulya at the time of entering into the Franchise Agreement.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The Security Deposit is refundable and non-interest-bearing and is separate from the Franchise Fee, Setup Cost, Product/Raw Material Cost and other charges.

2. The Security Deposit shall be held by Amruttulya throughout the validity of the Franchise Agreement as security against any outstanding dues, contractual obligations, damage to company-owned assets, unauthorized use of the Amruttulya brand, or breach of the Franchise Agreement.

3. The Security Deposit cannot be adjusted against the Franchise Fee, setup charges, purchase orders, royalty, or regular business expenses during the term of the agreement.

4. Upon expiry or valid termination of the Franchise Agreement, the Security Deposit shall be refunded to the Franchise Partner after settlement of all outstanding dues and completion of all contractual obligations.

5. Amruttulya may deduct from the Security Deposit any documented and contractually payable amount arising from unpaid dues, damage to company-provided assets, unauthorized branding/materials, or other confirmed breaches of the Franchise Agreement.

6. If any amount is deducted, Amruttulya shall provide the Franchise Partner with details of the applicable deduction.

7. The remaining balance, if any, shall be refunded to the Franchise Partner within 30–60 business days after final settlement and completion of the exit/closure formalities.

8. The Security Deposit shall not be treated as a payment towards the Franchise Fee or any other non-refundable charge.

9. In case of termination due to a material breach of the Franchise Agreement, the Security Deposit shall remain subject to the applicable deductions and settlement provisions mentioned in the Agreement.

10. The exact Security Deposit amount, refund conditions and permitted deductions shall be governed by the signed Franchise Agreement between Amruttulya and the Franchise Partner.
